I had a great stay at the hotel with clean and spacious rooms offering a lovely mountains view. While the breakfast was only average for the price, the service provided was welcoming and extremely helpful. The location was perfect within walking distance of various restaurants and offered easy access to Banff Park.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not very clean, with drawers and bathrooms filled with hair, and the bedding covered in fuzzies; however, the beautiful view made up for it. The staff were friendly and even lent us a handy ice-scraper for the car, but they didn't seem too keen on offering further assistance. The location was convenient, close to downtown and all the essential amenities, although being next to the train tracks was a downside. The dining was good with a variety of options, but some improvements could make it even better.
